Reduction cuff with 1.25 inch metal insert that goes directly into your inlet valve and the 1.5 inch end into your hose. For hoses that do not have a switch on the hose as well as corded style electric hoses. Electric hoses with corded style hoses will not be able to control the vacuum unit's On/Off capabilities, only the On/Off capability of the power brush.
Fits Sears/Kenmore, Whirlpool, Black & Decker, Budd as well as many other systems. Easy to install, simply take the end of your hose and place it in hot water for about 1 minute then press the larger (1.5 inch) end into the hose. Tightens counter-clockwise and to secure it use a dab of common household glue on the threads.
