PVC Pipe & Fittings

For major remodeling or new construction this box contains 120 feet of vacuum pipe in approximatley 5 foot pieces for easy handling. Measures 2 inch outside diameter. Very smooth inside, designed to reduce air flow resistance and help prevent clogs.

This is premium virgin PVC pipe and the ONLY vacuum pipe we recommend for central vacuum systems. We use no recycled material or ground-up plastic of any type in our pipe. This recycled material basically comes from discarded plastic products or scrap that is gathered together, ground up, reheated, and re-extruded into vacuum pipe. Scrap material typically varies from lot to lot depending on what has been ground up. The nature of scrap makes it hard to keep out foreign materials. Because of this, reused plastic often contains foreign materials like metal, stone or other non-PVC plastic materials that can cause poor glue adhesion, holes, tears, rough inside surfaces, inconsistent wall thicknesses, out-of-spec diameters, or easily cracked pipe.

The Vac-Valve Air Relief Valve that will stop any damage being done to your motor that may be caused by clogs and blockage in your vacuum lines. In the instance that a clog or blockage occurs the valve will spring open allowing a constant flow of air to the motor preventing any damage such as burning the motor out and possibly causing a fire.

This is cheap insurance in helping to prevent serious damage or loss to your central vacuum and your home.

You will need to purchase a 90 Degree Sweep "T" fitting, see our part #PF110 and connect it to the intake side of your vacuum system.

Has adjustable settings for various motor sizes and power.

Can be mounted horizonally or vertically.

Please place the Air Relief Valve as close to the vacuum canister as possible for the best results.

Installation Instructions

1. The Vac-Valve should be installed into a 90 Degree Sweep "T" connection prior to where the pipe enters the central vacuum unit. The valve can sit either horizonally or vertically, as it's position does not affect it's operational performance. Be sure the Vac-Vale is mounted securely regardless of it's position.

2. The Vac-Valve must be set for te size of motor in order for it to provide the proper protection. To set the Vac-Valve just tighten the adjuster nut to compress the spring to the point where the valve will not open when the air flow is cut off 100%.

3. Once you have reached the point where the Vac-Valve will not open turn the adjuster nut back one (1) complete turn (360 degrees). This setting will usually allow the Vac-Valve to open and provide cooling air into the system if a blockage occurs. Sometimes a turn of 360 fegrees may not be sufficient to open the Vac-Valve and allow cooling air to properly enter. Just make minor adjustments moving the nut up and down until you reach the point where the Vac-Valve opens when the air flow is cut off 100%.

4. The Vac-Valve should remain closed if the central vacuum system is operating normally. The Vac-Valve should ONLY open when there is insufficient air flow to the central vacuum unit.

5. The Vac-Valve is equipped with a lock nut which should set against the adjuster nut. This will ensure that the Vac-Valve's tension setting remains constant. The Vac-Valve Air Relief Valve will provide many years of trouble free operation.

For 2 x 3 wall applications when running directly into valves. This 90 degree "L" is 2 inch outside diameter and used ONLY when attaching your inlet valve to the pipe. Any other 90 degree fittings you may need you should use part #PF102 only. This provides the best air flow for your system.

Use this sweep "L" fitting when installing a muffler on your vacuum system or for any pipe installation requirements needing this fitting.

One side fits 2 inch outside diameter pipe and the other directly into other fittings.

Connects branch lines to the trunk line. Be sure the airflow direction is correct.

Fits directly into other fittings and then into 2 inch outside diameter pipe.

Connects branch lines to the trunk line. Great for reducing the amount of turns and bends along for better airflow.

Use this fitting when subtle angles are needed.

Combine two of these fittings and it will provide you with a 60 degree gentle turn.

Fits all 2 inch vacuum pipe this 22 Degree Sweep "L" is designed for VERY SUBTLE turns. There is virtually little or no air restriction when using this special fitting! This also limits and possibility of clogging too.

Designed to be with the Hide-A-Hose system but is fully compatible with all 2 inch central vacuum pipe and installations.

Remember... be sure to ONLY apply your PVC glue to the OUTSIDE of your pipe and not the INSIDE of your fitting. This insures that no glue will squeeze up into the connection leaving the glue residue to block your airflow!

Connects lines together to a trunk line.

You can replace your open bag filter system to a closed bag system by using this adapter and connecting it with part #PF105, 45 Degree Spigot "L".

This creates a sealed bag system that easier to remove and replace. No more dirty open filtered bags.

This 90 Degree Double Flanged "T". This 90 degree double flanged "T" comes with gaskets for secure mounting.

The 90 Degree Short Flanged "L" with gasket is a white 2-inch PVC coupling specifically designed to have low internal surface friction for air handling use in central vacuum system applications. This flanged adapter connects the central vacuum riser pipe to metal and plastic wall inlet valve brackets that have four-screw retaining mounts. Gasket included.

Connects any 2 inch outside diameter pipe together for a sure fit.

When coming out of garage walls or similar applications this covers the hole the pipe exits out of.

Makes for a clean, professional looking installation!

Need to exhaust your system to the outside or other areas? Installs quickly and keeps dirt and unwanted debris from coming back into your exhaust system.

Measures 3 5/8 inches wide and 4 5/8 inches high.

Fits regular 2 inch OD vacuum pipe.

Comes with mounting screws.

For use in new construction or remodeling. Place these over the inlet valve mounting plates. Protects the mounting plates from plasterers and painters. Then take them off and install the valve cover plate.

For application when running your pipe overhead. Secures it firmly and safely. Great for basement applications as well as attics. If you run pipe in your attic as you have a great deal of insulation these are the best to use to attach them to the boards over head. Keeps you out of the insulation.

Measures 10 inches long and 3 inches wide.

Adapts your 1 3/4 inch outside diameter pipe to fit 2 inch outside diameter pipe.

Connect these to our Flexible Hose part #HO101 and secure them with PVC Wire Ties part #IS104.

Requires two Hose Link Adapters per installation. Sold individually.
