Limited Lifetime Warranty
Your Power Star Optima Plus vacuum system is protected by a lifetime warranty. We guarantee that the unit canister will be exempt of any material or manufacturing defects. This warranty is valid for domestic use only. This warranty is valid from the date of purchase and as long as the system remains at it's original place of installation.
The motor and electrical components are entirely guarranteed for a period of 5 years. As for the Optima Plus, in addition to the 5 year warranty, the motors and electrical components are guaranteed at 50% for an additional 5 year period. Our authorized service center will repair or replace (at Power Star's discretion) the defective part or parts for a period of five years.
In order to maintain your warranty, all repairs must be made by an authorized service center with original Power Star parts. Failure to do so could void the warranty. This warranty excludes normal wear and tear of certain parts such as filters, damage caused (according to Power Star) by abusive use (ex.: drywall dust, water, etc.), the lack of appropriate maintenance, inadequate installation, negligence, natural disasters, accidents, and acts of God.
The warranty for motors and electrical components for machines used in commercial applications is valid for 90 days. The lack of appropriate maintenance within the 90 day warranty period will void the warranty.
