The main difference between the Vac Pan and the VacuSweep is that the VacuSweep connects from the back and the Vac Pan connects from the top. Also the Vac Pan has a rocker switch that activates and closes it with the gentle push of your toe and the VacuSweep is activated by touching the door which lifts it and closes by gently pushing down with your toe. This plaster guard is used during new construction or remodeling. To be put on the front of your inlet valves in place of the regular inlet valve cover. This protects the mounting plates for the inlet valves from paint and plaster getting into the inlet valve mounting plate. Once you have plastered or painted the wall simply remove the plaster guard and your inlet valve mount plate is ready to have the inlet valve cover permanently mounted.
Measures 2 1/2 inches wide, 4 1/4 inches tall, and 3 3/4 inches between the screw holes.

| Flexible 2 inch inside diameter hose. Used to connect Vac Pan and VacuSweep to main vacuum pipe or vacuum to a stub out pipe. This hose is smooth on the inside to allow the maximum airflow and drastically reduces the chance of clogging. WARNING!! DO NOT USE THE GREY COLORED FLEX PIPE AS IT IS RIPPLED INSIDE LIKE IT IS OUTSIDE. THIS CAUSES AIRFLOW DISRUPTION AND CLOGS MUCH, MUCH EASIER DUE TO THAT RIPPLED INTERIOR!
For a secure air tight fit use Hose Link Adapters on each end, part #IV418.
Use PVC wire ties part #IS104 to secure the Hose Pipe Link Adapter to it.
